shooting blind

The reason for the title of this site is because I am legally blind, (not totally blind). If I and a sighted person were viewing an object 40 feet away, I'd have to be about 2 feet from the object to see what the sighted person sees. I do not see what I am photographing very well, and sometimes not at all. Obviously my pile of bad photos is taller than my pile of good ones.
